Plans

Section titled “Plans”

Each app has a plan that sets its monthly units and its per-minute and per-second limits. The plans on offer and their prices are on the console’s Billing page.

  • Extra usage: on paid plans, every started 1,000 units past the quota is billed at the plan’s rate, and calls stop at the plan’s hard cap.
  • The free plan stops at its quota (429) until the month ends.
  • You get an email at 80% and 100% of the quota.

Invoices

Section titled “Invoices”
  • One invoice an organisation a month, in Iraqi dinars, after the month ends on Baghdad time.
  • Due within 15 days; pay by transfer or in cash, with the details on the invoice.
  • After paying, tell us from the invoice page; we confirm the payment once we’ve checked it.
  • The invoice is a document in Arabic and English; print it, or save it as a PDF from the browser.
  • During the month the console shows an estimate worked out the same way.

Upgrades

Section titled “Upgrades”

Ask for an app to move to a bigger plan from the Billing page and we review it. Once approved, the plan applies at once.
